Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AIPersonalLabs LLC, doing business as LikedByAI, collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit likedbyai.com, create an account, use our dashboard, request a free AI visibility or website analysis, subscribe to a paid plan, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services. In this Privacy Policy, "LikedByAI," "we," "us," and "our" refer to AIPersonalLabs LLC, doing business as LikedByAI. "You" and "your" refer to visitors, account holders, business customers, and other individuals who interact with our services.

LikedByAI is a business-to-business service that helps businesses improve their public AI-readable footprint. Our service may analyze a business website, generate example AI-style customer questions and answers, identify visibility gaps, create public business profile pages, and create or publish public content designed to help online sources more clearly associate a business with its services, location, customer questions, and other business information. We may use artificial intelligence systems and other automated tools to analyze, summarize, score, rewrite, structure, generate, and publish business-related content.

This Privacy Policy is intended to describe our privacy practices in clear language while also addressing privacy rights and compliance obligations under laws that may apply, including the General Data Protection Regulation, the United Kingdom GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act of Canada, and other applicable privacy and consumer protection laws. This Privacy Policy does not create rights or obligations beyond those required by applicable law and our written agreements with customers.

Company and Contact Information

The legal operator of the service is AIPersonalLabs LLC, doing business as LikedByAI. Our mailing address is 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, want to exercise a privacy right, want to request deletion or correction of information, or want to ask us to remove public content that we published for your business, you may contact us at contact@likedbyai.com. We may need to verify your identity or authority to act for a business before fulfilling certain requests.

Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we collect through our website, onboarding flows, account dashboard, free analysis tools, paid subscription services, customer communications, analytics tools, and related business operations. It also applies to personal information that may be included in business information submitted to us, such as the name, email address, phone number, image, or biography of a business owner, employee, contractor, professional, or contact person.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, applications, AI tools, search engines, social networks, publishing platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, or other third parties that we do not own or control. Those third parties process information under their own privacy policies and terms. When we publish or syndicate public business content on third-party platforms, the continued availability, indexing, display, moderation, and use of that content may be governed by those third parties.

Personal Information We Collect

We collect account information when you create or use an account, including your name, email address, login credentials or authentication identifiers, profile picture if provided, and account preferences. We may also collect communications information when you contact us, including your email address, message content, support requests, feedback, and other information you choose to provide.

We collect business information that you submit during onboarding or through the dashboard. This may include the business name, business description, website URL, business category, business email, phone number, address, city, state, service area, services, offers, ideal customer, differentiators, FAQs, promotional claims, and other information about the business. Depending on how you submit it, business information may include personal information, especially for sole proprietors, professional service providers, local businesses, or businesses that identify owners, employees, or representatives by name.

We collect website analysis information when you request or receive a free AI visibility or website analysis. This may include the analyzed URL, page text, website metadata, summaries, scores, recommendations, service clarity observations, location relevance observations, FAQ coverage, readability observations, trust signal observations, and other analysis outputs generated from or about the website.

We collect AI Reality Check information when we generate example prompts, sample AI-style answers, competitor examples, visibility observations, suggested customer questions, and related outputs. These outputs are informational estimates and examples. They may include publicly available competitor names or references, generated text, and analysis of how a business may appear or fail to appear in AI-style answers.

We collect subscription and billing-related information when you subscribe to a paid plan, including plan status, subscription dates, Stripe customer identifiers, Stripe subscription identifiers, payment status, invoice metadata, and limited billing contact details. We do not intentionally collect, store, or process full payment card numbers through our own systems. Payment card details are handled by Stripe or another payment processor we use.

We collect usage, device, and log information when you visit or use our services. This may include IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URL, session activity, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, error logs, authentication events, clicks, scrolls, and other interactions with our website or dashboard.

We may collect cookie, analytics, and similar technology information through tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These tools may help us understand traffic, product usage, session behavior, page performance, conversion funnels, errors, and how users interact with the service. Depending on your location and settings, these tools may use cookies, pseudonymous identifiers, session replay, heatmaps, event tracking, or similar technologies.

If we use referral programs, promotions, affiliate tracking, invite links, or similar programs, we may collect referral information such as referral source, campaign, referring website, referral code, invite status, and related attribution information.

Information You Should Not Submit

LikedByAI is designed for business visibility, business profile creation, website analysis, and public business-related content. You should not submit sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it and it is necessary for the service. Sensitive personal information may include government identification numbers, financial account credentials, health records, biometric information, precise geolocation unrelated to the business address, children's information, criminal history, passwords for third-party accounts, or private customer records.

You should not submit confidential information about your customers, patients, clients, employees, or other third parties unless you have the legal right to do so and the disclosure is necessary for the service. Businesses in regulated industries, including healthcare, legal, finance, insurance, real estate, and professional services, are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to us is lawful, accurate, properly authorized, and appropriate for public-facing content if used for publication.

How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the service. This includes creating and managing accounts, enabling onboarding, operating the dashboard, running website and AI visibility analyses, generating AI Reality Check examples, creating public business profiles, generating public guides and posts, managing subscriptions, processing billing status, responding to support requests, and communicating with users about the service.

We use business information to analyze a business's public AI-readability and visibility, identify opportunities for clearer public association between the business and relevant services, create business summaries, structure service and location information, generate FAQs and customer-question content, and create or publish business-related content on LikedByAI and other publishing channels we use.

We use usage, log, cookie, and analytics information to understand how visitors and customers use the service, diagnose technical issues, improve onboarding and dashboard experiences, measure the effectiveness of product flows, prevent fraud or abuse, protect service security, and improve our marketing and communications.

We use personal information to communicate with you, including sending transactional messages, service updates, billing notices, security alerts, policy updates, support responses, and administrative messages. Where permitted by law, we may also send marketing or educational communications about LikedByAI. You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails, but we may still send transactional or service-related messages.

We may use personal information to enforce our agreements, prevent abuse, detect fraudulent or unlawful activity, comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights and the rights of others, resolve disputes, and maintain the safety and integrity of the service.

AI Systems and Automated Processing

We may use artificial intelligence systems and automated tools to analyze websites, generate sample prompts and AI-style answers, summarize business information, rewrite or structure content, score visibility factors, draft public business profiles, create FAQs, create articles or guides, and support internal product operations. These systems may be operated by us or by third-party AI providers acting on our behalf.

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for a particular business, industry, or regulatory context. We use AI systems to assist with analysis and content creation, but we do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are correct or that they will produce any specific search, ranking, citation, indexing, traffic, lead, or revenue result.

If your business operates in a regulated or professional industry, you are responsible for reviewing business claims, promotional statements, professional descriptions, legal statements, medical statements, financial statements, insurance statements, real estate statements, licensing statements, certifications, and other regulated content for accuracy and legal compliance. We may revise, pause, or remove content if we discover errors or if you contact us to request changes or removal.

Public Business Content and Publication

A central part of the paid LikedByAI service is the creation and publication of public business-related content. By submitting business information and subscribing to a plan that includes publication, you authorize us to use, edit, rewrite, summarize, structure, adapt, publish, syndicate, and display that business information in public business profiles, articles, guides, FAQs, summaries, posts, promotional visibility content, and similar materials.

Public business content may be published on likedbyai.com and on third-party publishing platforms or channels we control or use, such as Medium, Substack, WordPress.com, Blogger, Tumblr, Reddit community posts, and similar channels. Public business content is intended to be visible to the public and may be indexed, copied, cached, archived, scraped, summarized, quoted, linked, ranked, displayed, or used by search engines, AI systems, web crawlers, third-party platforms, browser tools, data providers, and other services outside our control.

Customers do not approve every individual post before publication unless we separately agree otherwise in writing. However, customers may view published or scheduled content through the dashboard when available, cancel the service, or contact us to request edits or removal of content that we published for them. We will make reasonable efforts to remove or update content we control after receiving a verified request, but we cannot guarantee removal from third-party caches, search indexes, AI system training or retrieval datasets, screenshots, archives, reposts, quotations, or platforms that we do not control.

Cookies, Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Analytics

We use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, log files, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand site usage, measure traffic, debug errors, improve conversion flows, and improve the service. Some cookies or similar technologies may be necessary for authentication, security, session management, or core functionality. Others may support analytics, performance measurement, and product improvement.

We use Google Analytics to help understand how users find and use our website and services. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure user interactions, generate reports, and help us improve our product and marketing. We do not intend to send payment card information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information to Google Analytics.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with our website and product experiences. Microsoft Clarity may collect interaction data such as clicks, scrolls, page views, device and browser information, and session behavior through cookies or similar technologies. Clarity may generate heatmaps, session replays, and aggregated analytics to help us identify usability problems and improve the service.

Depending on your location, we may request consent before placing non-essential analytics cookies or similar tracking technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, device settings, consent tools if available, or by contacting us. Blocking cookies may affect certain features or prevent us from understanding errors or improving the service.

Payments and Stripe

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe or another payment processor we may use. Stripe may collect and process payment card details, billing information, payment authentication information, and transaction information under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive limited billing-related information from Stripe, such as customer identifiers, subscription identifiers, plan status, payment status, invoice information, and limited billing contact details.

We use payment and subscription information to activate paid features, manage monthly subscriptions, process renewals, identify failed payments, issue invoices or receipts, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and maintain accounting and legal records. Failed payments may result in suspension or interruption of paid services.

How We Share Personal Information

We share personal information with service providers and vendors that help us operate the service. These may include hosting providers, database providers, authentication providers, cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, analytics providers, AI providers, email and communication providers, security tools, customer support tools, and other operational vendors. These providers are authorized to process information as needed to provide services to us and are expected to protect information according to their agreements with us and applicable law.

We may share information with Stripe for payment processing, with hosting and database providers such as Firebase, Google Cloud, and Netlify for infrastructure and storage, with AI providers for analysis and content generation, with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for analytics and product improvement, and with public publishing platforms when publication is part of the service.

We may share business information and related content publicly when we create public business profiles, articles, guides, FAQs, posts, summaries, and other visibility content. Public content is not confidential and may be accessed and used by third parties outside our control.

We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, court orders, subpoenas, government requests, regulatory inquiries, or law enforcement requests. We may also disclose information to enforce our agreements, investigate abuse or fraud, protect the security of the service, protect our rights, protect users or the public, or respond to claims that content violates the rights of others.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to reasonable confidentiality protections where appropriate.

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors. Some privacy laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly, including certain analytics, advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising activities. If any of our analytics or marketing practices are considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, you may opt out by using available cookie controls, browser-based opt-out signals where recognized, or by contacting us at contact@likedbyai.com.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

The service may involve third-party websites, AI systems, search engines, social networks, publishing platforms, hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, and other services that we do not control. These third parties may collect, use, disclose, retain, moderate, remove, deindex, alter, suspend, restrict, or otherwise process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party platform changes, moderation decisions, outages, account restrictions, algorithm changes, indexing decisions, search ranking decisions, AI model behavior, crawler behavior, content removal, platform suspensions, or the continued availability of third-party placements. We do not guarantee that any third-party publication or placement will remain live, indexed, visible, cited, ranked, or accessible permanently.

Legal Bases for Processing in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Similar Regions

Where GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss data protection law, or similar laws apply, we process personal information only when we have an appropriate legal basis. Our legal bases may include performance of a contract, such as providing the account, dashboard, analysis, subscription, and publication services you request; legitimate interests, such as improving the service, preventing fraud, securing our systems, communicating with business users, and developing business visibility features; consent, such as for certain non-essential cookies or marketing communications where consent is required; and compliance with legal obligations, such as tax, accounting, legal request, and regulatory obligations.

When we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the nature of the information, the reasonable expectations of business users, the impact on individuals, and safeguards that may reduce privacy risk. When we rely on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time, although withdrawal will not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing that is allowed under another legal basis.

We may process publicly available business information, customer-submitted business information, and information included in public business content for the purpose of providing a B2B visibility service. If public business content includes personal information, such as a business owner's name or contact details, we process that information for the purpose of creating and maintaining public business-related content at the customer's request and under the rights and responsibilities described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate personal information, deletion of personal information, restriction or objection to certain processing, portability of personal information, withdrawal of consent, and information about how we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share personal information. You may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

To exercise a privacy right, contact us at contact@likedbyai.com. Please describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to verify your identity and locate the relevant account, business profile, publication, or record. If you are acting on behalf of a business or another person, we may ask for proof of authority. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, security requirements, fraud prevention, accounting obligations, dispute resolution needs, backup retention, freedom of expression, public interest considerations, or the nature of public content. For example, we may be able to remove public content from systems we control, but we may not be able to remove copies from search engine caches, AI systems, third-party archives, screenshots, reposts, or third-party platforms that we do not control.

California Privacy Notice

This section applies to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies to us. In the preceding twelve months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers such as name, email address, IP address, account identifiers, and business contact information; customer records information such as billing contact details; commercial information such as subscription status and purchase history; internet or electronic network activity such as pages viewed, session activity, referring URLs, and interactions with the service; approximate geolocation derived from IP address; professional or employment-related information included in business profiles or customer-submitted business information; audio, electronic, or visual information if you voluntarily provide images or similar content; and inferences or analysis outputs related to business visibility, website readability, service relevance, or product usage.

We collect these categories from you, your business, your website, your use of the service, cookies and analytics tools, payment processors, service providers, publicly available sources, and third-party platforms. We use these categories for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the service, managing accounts and subscriptions, analyzing websites, generating content, publishing public business content, communicating with users, improving the product, securing the service, preventing abuse, and complying with law.

We may disclose these categories of personal information to service providers, contractors, payment processors, hosting providers, database providers, analytics providers, AI providers, publishing platforms, professional advisers, legal authorities when required, and transaction parties in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money and do not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors. If our use of analytics or marketing technologies is considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, you may opt out by using available cookie controls or contacting us.

California residents may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share; request access to specific pieces of personal information; request deletion; request correction; opt out of sale or sharing; limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information if applicable; and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@likedbyai.com. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law, but we may require verification of your identity and the agent's authority.

We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about California residents. We also do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information from children under 16.

Canadian Privacy Rights and PIPEDA

If Canadian privacy law applies, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, we collect, use, and disclose personal information for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, including providing our B2B visibility services, managing accounts, processing subscriptions, communicating with users, improving the service, preventing abuse, and complying with legal obligations.

Canadian users may request access to personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct inaccurate information, ask questions about our privacy practices, or challenge our compliance by contacting contact@likedbyai.com. We may need to verify your identity and may be unable to provide access in certain legally permitted situations, such as where disclosure would reveal information about another person, compromise security, or conflict with legal obligations.

International Data Transfers

LikedByAI is operated from the United States, and the service providers we use may process information in the United States and other countries. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. These safeguards may include standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, transfer impact assessments, vendor security reviews, reliance on adequacy decisions where available, or other lawful transfer mechanisms. We also seek to work with vendors that maintain privacy, security, and data protection commitments appropriate for the nature of the services they provide.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts, operate the dashboard, manage subscriptions, provide support, publish and maintain public business content, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, maintain security, and keep appropriate business records.

Account information is generally retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Subscription, invoice, and payment-status records may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes. Support communications may be retained to document requests and improve service. Website analysis results, AI Reality Check outputs, and dashboard records may be retained while needed to provide the service, show historical results, improve product quality, or support the business relationship.

Public business content may remain publicly available until removed by us, the customer, or a third-party platform. If you cancel the service or request removal, we will make reasonable efforts to remove content that we control, but copies may persist in caches, search indexes, AI systems, archives, reposts, screenshots, backups, or third-party platforms outside our control. Backup copies and security logs may be retained for a limited period before deletion or overwrite in the ordinary course of business.

When we no longer need personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, we will delete, de-identify, aggregate, or otherwise dispose of it in a reasonable manner, unless retention is required or permitted by law.

Security Measures

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These safeguards may include encryption in transit using HTTPS or TLS, encryption at rest where supported by our hosting and database providers, access controls, authentication controls, least-privilege access practices, logging, monitoring, secure cloud infrastructure, vendor review, and internal procedures designed to limit unnecessary access to personal information.

Our service may rely on infrastructure providers such as Firebase, Google Cloud, and Netlify. These providers may offer security features such as encryption in transit, encryption at rest for supported services, logical isolation, access controls, and cloud security monitoring. We use these provider controls together with our own operational practices, but no website, cloud service, database, transmission method, or security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, using secure devices and networks, limiting access to your business account, and promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse. If we learn of a security incident affecting personal information, we will investigate and provide notice where required by applicable law.

Children and Age Restrictions

LikedByAI is a business-to-business service and is not intended for children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, subscribe to a paid plan, or use the service on behalf of a business.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at contact@likedbyai.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information where required by law.

Accuracy of Business Information and Public Claims

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and substantiation of business information and claims submitted to LikedByAI. This includes claims about services, pricing, locations, licenses, certifications, awards, rankings, reviews, testimonials, endorsements, professional qualifications, regulated services, guarantees, and results. You should not submit false, misleading, deceptive, infringing, unlawful, or unsubstantiated information.

We do not provide fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake customer experiences, fake endorsements, guaranteed upvotes, or deceptive consumer-review content. We may reject, edit, pause, remove, or refuse to publish content that we believe is false, misleading, unlawful, spammy, unsafe, infringing, deceptive, manipulative, or inconsistent with applicable platform rules or consumer protection standards.

De-Identified, Aggregated, and Statistical Information

We may create or use de-identified, aggregated, or statistical information derived from personal information, business information, usage information, website analyses, AI Reality Check outputs, and service performance data. We may use this information to operate, analyze, improve, benchmark, market, and develop the service, provided it does not identify you or your business as an individual person in a manner regulated as personal information.

Where we maintain de-identified information, we will take reasonable measures designed to prevent re-identification where required by applicable law, and we will not attempt to re-identify de-identified information except as permitted by law.

Your Choices and Controls

You may update certain account and business information through the dashboard if available. You may contact us to request correction, deletion, export, or removal of information. You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing communications by using unsubscribe links where available or by contacting us. You may control cookies through browser settings, device settings, consent tools if available, and other opt-out mechanisms supported by applicable analytics providers.

You may cancel your subscription according to the subscription and billing terms that apply to your plan. Cancellation stops future paid service periods according to the applicable terms, but it does not automatically delete your account, remove all public content, or erase records we are required or permitted to retain. If you want us to remove content that we published for your business, contact us at contact@likedbyai.com with enough detail to identify the relevant content.

Do Not Track and Opt-Out Signals

Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" settings. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, our website may not respond to those signals in all cases. Where required by applicable law, we will make reasonable efforts to recognize legally required opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for applicable browser-based opt-out rights.

If you want to opt out of analytics, sale, sharing, or targeted advertising activities that may apply under your state or regional law, you may use available cookie controls or contact us at contact@likedbyai.com.

Data Processing Roles for Business Customers

LikedByAI primarily provides a business visibility service to business customers. In many cases, we act as an independent controller or business with respect to account information, subscription information, usage information, website analysis information, AI Reality Check outputs, and public business content that we create or publish as part of the service. In some limited circumstances, we may process information on behalf of a customer according to a separate written agreement.

If you believe your use of LikedByAI requires a data processing agreement, service provider agreement, or similar addendum under applicable privacy law, contact us at contact@likedbyai.com before submitting personal information that would require such an agreement.

Third-Party Links and Public Sources

Our website, dashboard, analyses, AI Reality Check outputs, public profiles, articles, guides, or posts may contain links or references to third-party websites, competitor websites, business listings, public directories, search results, AI tools, publishing platforms, or other public sources. We do not control the privacy practices, content, security, availability, or accuracy of third-party websites or public sources.

When you interact with a third-party service, including payment processors, analytics providers, AI tools, social platforms, publishing platforms, or linked websites, your information may be governed by that third party's own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to third parties.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, vendors, legal requirements, business practices, or privacy practices. When we update the Privacy Policy, we will revise the "lastUpdated" date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice, such as by email, dashboard notice, or website notice, where required by law.

Your continued use of the service after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means that you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law. If you do not agree with the updated Privacy Policy, you should stop using the service and contact us if you want to exercise privacy rights or request content removal.
